Moose Jaw Co-op is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator within our Agriculture Division located in Avonlea, SK.

What you will do:
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall operation of the facilities office through daily administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for agriculture members and customers and will redirect inquiries to the appropriate resource or manager when needed. The Administrative Coordinator is a critical part of the team at our Avonlea Crop Inputs location, and will:

• Ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the customer experience
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service and reception
• Interacting with customers over the phone, in person, and/or via email
• Assist customers by completing product and service orders, arranging logistics
• Receive and post payments to customer accounts
• Assist customers with account inquiries
• Process documents in our point of sale / accounting system
• Manage incoming mail/packages and direct outgoing mail
• Collaborate with other team members/departments to complete required tasks
• Prepare, review, and file confidential documents, reports, and other correspondence materials
• Help the team maintain the professional office appearance and stock supplies
• Maintain a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism

Qualifications include:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed telephone skills
• Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
• Proficient computer skills with a sound comfort using the MS Office suite of tools
• Knowledge of or previous experience in the agriculture crop protection industry
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Creative, strategic, and forward thinker with an appetite for learning
• Willingness to work extra hours during peak agriculture seasons
• Must be dependable, reliable, and safety conscious
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in administration or agriculture is an asset
