Moose Jaw Co-op is now hiring a Petroleum Coordinator located in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

What you will do:
The Petroleum Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and consistently providing an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of Bulk Petroleum Department initiatives as well as the day-to-day operations of the department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with logistical co-ordination, inventory management, direct drop supervision, equipment and cardlock maintenance.
•Completing fuel reconciliations for bulk petroleum and cardlock locations.
• Verifying and entering bulk petroleum invoices.
• Maintaining and updating petroleum customer profiles.
• Updating bulk petroleum pricing within the system.
• Ensuring a prompt, efficient, and friendly customer experience for both internal and external customers is provided at all times. Interacting with customers over the phone, in person, and/or via email.
• Required to maintain the confidentiality required of the position and demonstrate high morals and business ethics. Maintain a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism.
•Required to demonstrate a willingness to support and devote attention to business needs outside of regularly scheduled hours if necessary, especially during peak seasons.

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient computer skills with a sound comfort using the MS Office suite of tools
• Must be dependable, reliable, and safety conscious
• Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Capable of attaining high levels of production with minimal supervision
• Capable of demonstrating worksite mobility (i.e., lifting up to 50lbs, working in a variety of weather conditions, etc.)
• Valid Canadian driver's license.
